Anshula Yuvaraj, MBA–HR from FMS, University of Allahabad, and a graduate in Industrial Psychology, is a seasoned management professional with 30+ years of leadership experience across Wipro, Publicis, and P&O Nedlloyd. At Wipro, she served as GM & Head of HR for its 40,000-employee DOP business, where she successfully led large-scale HR and transformation initiatives, earning recognition for her business acumen and deep expertise in human behaviour.
In 2019, after a successful corporate career, Anshula founded Vinusto, a sustainable luxury fashion brand under Viraasat Ventures Pvt. Ltd., built on the motto #WeaversToWearers. Her vision was to establish a tech-enabled, scalable, and ethical direct-to-consumer model that connects India’s artisan clusters with global consumers. Today, Vinusto serves customers across India, the US, UK, Australia, and Canada, with strong repeat business and partnerships with leading luxury marketplaces.
A Human Behaviour specialist, Anshula combines her understanding of consumer insights, behaviour, and preferences with a sharp operational lens to run Vinusto as a lean, purpose-driven enterprise. With a proven track record in building high-performance teams and delivering growth, she is now focused on scaling Vinusto into a global platform for sustainable luxury, redefining fashion as ethical, enduring, and impactful.
Priyanka Jha, Co-Founder & Head – Product & Design
Priyanka Jha, Co-Founder & Head - Product & Design, has been a part of Vinusto team from the time of inception. A NIFT graduate, Priyanka has been instrumental in establishing the brand and expanding the Handloom Clusters in a short span of time. A creative & enterprising designer, she has been the face behind many of the Vinusto bestsellers and has transitioned into the role of Co-founder with her sheer tenacity and perseverance.
Priyanka developed her interest in design early in childhood, watching her aunt sew clothes for friends and neighbors. The art of, cutting, stitching and bringing life to a fabric fascinated her. She learnt the skills of sizing, pattern making, and sewing, in an environment which made her naturally frugal and focused on what we now call “sustainable fashion”. She eventually joined NIFT to pursue the career of her dreams and that’s how her story as a Fashion Designer began.
She has worked with some of the leading design houses of Delhi, and is skilled in designing couture, pret and luxury pret collections, customizing designs basis body type and preferences. She joined Vinusto as she feels connected to the social cause that we stand for. She says “I love developing surfaces, playing with complex patterns and their constructions. I am very passionate about Indian handicrafts and Indian wear; these are my core interests because for me the most diverse form of fashion lies in the traditional roots of my country.
